Define you values, your purpose, and work on what gives you meaning.
Would you work on if: you had $1Billion? If you were guaranteed to succeed? even if you knew it would fail?

4B – Be happy now
Happiness is the difference between your perception of reality and your expectations –
to be happy, lower expectations.
Comparison is the thief of joy. We naturally compare ourselves to peers and when you “move up”, you just move up your comparison points. Instead, learn to ‘look down’ and realise that most of the world would trade places with you.

4C – Stop worrying
To relax, try: breathing, different meditation types, sleep/nap, sit quietly and reflect, be fully present, don’t overthink, say no.
