Before doing anything else, make sure you’re doing well on these 3 basic dimensions: invest into good food, activity with friends, and quality sleep
If you’re struggling with mental health, focus on that first

Small habits compound into massive, positive change over time (1% a day turns into 3700% after 1 year)
To form new habits, make them obvious, attractive, easy and satisfying
Make a habit part of your identity (what would a healthy person do?). then prove it to yourself with small wins
6C – Become the best in the world by stacking connected skills
It’s almost impossible to become the best in the world (or top 0.1%) at something, but it’s not that hard to be in the top 10% at 3 connected skills (e.g. being the best doctor vs being a good doctor, good at presenting and creating things online).
